FAQs
More FAQs- Is drying and curing the same thing?
- Are all your employees background checked?
- Will there be an odour when cleaning tile and grout?
No. Drying means that the surface layer is no longer wet or damp to the touch. Curing, on the other hand, means that urethane has reached its maximum hardness thereby providing the necessary protection of your flooring.
We recognize that security and trust are a paramount concern, so at ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Windsor & Sarnia we have taken an added step to help ensure compliance with customer needs by developing the Clearance Chek’d certification program to help preserve the peace of mind of our customers. Clearance Chek’d is a high-level Police and Criminal Record Check combined with Identity and Previous Employment Verification. Janitorial staff working on your cleaning program will have (ID verified & clean criminal record) clearance via this Program.
After tile and grout is cleaned, you may notice a faint scent. The amount of time it takes for the odour to dissipate is usually within an hour but varies based on air circulation, heat and humidity
